About this Programme

Our Certificate in Science aims to prepare students with a strong foundation in science with the basic knowledge of scientific and theoretical concepts. It covers the fundamental and practical aspects of subjects to a variety of studies and careers across the field of science. Students will be furnished with the right academic fundamentals and insights on science-related studies to facilitate their entry to health sciences and healthcare-related programmes.

Academic Pathway

This programme is designed for SPM leavers with a minimum of 1 credit or any equivalent qualification. Upon completing the course, the student can continue with their Diploma or Degree.

Entry Requirement

  • Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
    Pass in SPM/SPMV with minimum 1 credit and pass in 1 Science subject or equivalent recognised by the Malaysian government and University

    - OR -
  • O-Level
    Pass O-Level with minimum 1 credit (Grade C & above) in any subject with a pass in Science

  • Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)
    Pass Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with minimum Grade B in any subject with a pass in Science

    - OR -
  • Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM)
    Pass in SKM Level 2 in a related field and a pass in 1 Science subject at SPM level or its equivalent

    - OR -
  • Other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government
